All orders require 14 business days for processing. Our dreadlocks are meticulously handcrafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring that you receive a premium product that meets our standards of excellence.

Shipping Time:
Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for shipping. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure that your dreadlocks are delivered to you in a timely manner.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your shipment.

International Shipping:
Please note that international orders may require additional processing and shipping time. Customs and import regulations may also impact the delivery of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your handmade crochet dreadlocks! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below:
Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the dreadlocks must be in the same exact condition as when they were received - unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may qualify for an exchange of equal value. The dreadlocks must meet the same return requirements mentioned above. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.
Refunds:
Returns are eligible for a full refund. Once the returned dreadlocks have been received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Order Cancellation:
Should you decide to cancel your order, you have up to 48 hours after purchase to receive a full refund. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation and refund.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your dreadlocks arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
